Ok all,I found out the reason.I spoke to a very reliable source in the top clerk in my post office.Delivery conformation can ONLY be used on parcel post,not letters.So when the bubble mailer is 3/4 or less,it is NOT considered a parcel.If you want to track it you MUST use certified .If its over 3/4's,then you can use the delivery conformation.Remember as of May 11th,delivery conformation will be 80 cents.Certified mail will be 2.80.So make sure you all make the bubble envelopes 1 inch or more to qualify you under the PARCEL POST rule and you won't have anymore problems.Good luck traders!...peace

Havent sent out a package in awhile needing one... But do u know how much the online DC is going to be (through pp) ?

This happened to me when I first sent cards out in padded envelopes. I cut up cardboard boxes to toploader thickness now and tape 2 to the toploader when I send out to make the package thick enough. It has saved me a lot of $ so far on shipping.
