Yeah he is shafting you here, I think if the situation was explained to paypal you wouldnt have to pay him his money back
Id give the buyer nothing more than a kick in the rear witha steal toe boot

No. I paid for the correct postage. She must have been having a bad day and wasn't paying attention when she put the stamps on it. Or else some fell off. I don't know. Thats just what it said when it was sent back to me. "not enough postage"
