    The card you have is a reproduction from about that time. It's most likely an early Larry Fritsch repro. Contact him and see if he did those, (probably around 1986-87) and if he has any info for you.

    Yes, Iggy it is a reproduction. j.e.lew is right, it's a Fritsch reproduction.

    it may actually not be a fake, but just a miscut card, hey you never know. How exactly did you get it??

    I e-mailed that guy and he says his reprints are glossy and say reprint on it... neither of which this card has.

    They did have uncut sheets back then of these as ads in store windows. I'm starting to think that's where it came from and someone cut out the cards because the card is definitely an old card.

    I traded a guy I know for the card a Carter rookie and $850. I sent the card into PSA and are letting them deal with it... and if it comes back as fake then the guy will give me my money back. The guys father said he got the card when he was young but doesn't remember where or how he actually got it... and I believe them as I've done a lot of business with them.

    Well I got the card back from PSA and they returned it to me as questionable. So whatever the hell that means... I gave the card back to the guy so I could get my money back.
