There nothing the USPS will do about it. And it will cost you atleast $50-$250 just to have him served in small claims court, this does not include the paperwork and the filing fees. Your better off to just let it go. Sorry

Your going about this the wrong way and your going to get youself kicked off this site aswell. Fill out the form and they will find your packagae and return it to you.
