I would definately encourage you to fill out any necessary forms with the USPS, but I also agree with what the others have said in this thread, if you do decide to pursue legal action, you will only further lose money in this situation.

eh happened to me a while back with another user and even if USPS gets that form they sometimes screw up..happened to me.
