That Bloodsport DVD is great . . . the Beulah/Bill Alfonso match on there is super bloody as well (all on the Alfonso end, by the way)
TNA's tag division is really good. If you are hankering for tag action, I agree with Big Evil and the others that you should go there.

And the big problem with WWE tag teams is that they are mostly Big Star/Big Star. Cena and Triple H or Edge and Orton. Which is not gonna last long term. Most of these up and coming wrestlers won't stay in a tag team. It has become meaningless and not the stepping stone to becoming a star. Kinda like the IC title used to mean that you were on the rise. Now it means here you go now please re-sign so we can strip you of the belt a week after you re-sign. So sad. And the fact that Miz/Morrison is considered a good tag team makes me soooo sad. Why? Just Why?

The taipei death match is fun to watch. But the match at born to be wired was brutal. I find it hard to watch.

i agree with everything except this. miz/morrison were an awesome tag team and its bs that they broke them up, but on the flip side they are both good wrestlers in their own right and i like what ive seen from them so far in singles competition.

Yeah, tag teams suck nowadays. I remember watching the TLC match between the Hardy's, Dudley Boys, and Edge and Christian. That was an exciting match, and it seemed that after that, they trickled to non existent.
As for the blood goes, that was one of the most exciting parts of watching special battles. Cage match, Barb Wire match, or even the First blood matches. And they say it is for the tone down for the wider audience. Do they still have bra and panty matches? If so, they didn't take a positive step towards that goal, but I am not complaining about those matches.
Been awhile since I have watched wrestling because of the lameness it went. I remember Road Warriors, Rock N Roll express, Midnight Rockers, Demolition, Bushwackers, Natural Disasters, Hillbilly Jim and the Country Boys, and so on and so forth. Was the best part of wrestling. Tag matches meant so much.
As for old school blood, all I have to say is Abdula the Butcher. Rock on.

See that is my argument on Miz/Morrison. They both were reality stars first and thats what they feel like. Reality stars who wrestle. It is like Spencer and Heidi when watching those two. No offense to their fans. But really they are just sad to watch when you see the old guys stuff.
