I think it would be great if there was a magazine that had true sales values of cards, from ebay and other such sites. BV can be completely inflated and manipulated by one company. Also, I would support a magazine just filled with articles, stories, and showcases for collections. The only reason I have ever bought a Beckett magazine is for the articles, and they are starting to cut them out. Maybe there should be a SCF Emagazine written by the members!lol

This link is an E Magazine by SCF https://www.sportscardforum.com/articles/
and some of the sports pages on SCF have a monthly newsletter, or at least Hockey does. These don't contain price data but Tuff Stuff does. Tuff Stuff has changed it's name to Sports Collectors Monthly with pricing but... I have not bought an issue of that in many years as everyone began using Beckett almost exclusively in the early 90's. There is a link advertising the magazine on the home page of SCF.
That whole Beckett Boycott site is strange. Very negative. Can anyone tell me if the grading service has also been purchased by that company or are they a separate entity from the price guide?

I have a feeling mpn2587 already knew that when he added the "lol" at the end of his last sentence.

Really? Huh. OK...
So... I found out about the articles by accident when poking around this great site and I figured it was possible others may have missed it as well.
In my opinion... the articles posted here on SCF, either in the articles page or in some blogs, are way better than anything written in Beckett in recent years.
Can anyone tell me if Beckett Grading is owned by the same Eli group?
