    i usually do DC, that way i know they got the package.


    But that's what this is all about....DC doesn't mean crap!

    It means it got delivered...but NOT to the correct address!

    it happens alot even with ups and fedex, i had a notice on my buildings front door from ups. sorry we missed u apt 202. I wasnt expecting a package so i called up ups and they told me the sender, some internet company to help with web sales. so i called ups back to ask where the package was suppose to be delivered, and it was apt 303, lazy guy wrote down wrong number and no name on the slip

    false false false, when i know i'd get it a certain day and had the DC#, i've checked the site, it says delievered yet i dont get it for a few hours later

    Exactly. I carry mail so I know how stressful this is. Maybe regulars have it a little better, but I'm not a regular and I get used and abused by management, meaning they often overload me with work, wanting 8 hours of work done in 6..so it sometimes can be easy to make a mistake. I like to think I'm careful with packages and when I see the insured or d.c. stickers I'll double or triple check an address to make sure it is correct and if I'm in doubt about a name or address, I try to ask someone if anyone's home. But it is a tougher job than people think, so don't give the letter carriers such a hard time!


    imagine how many millions of pieces of mail they deliver, they're bound to mess up a few people when delivering mail, you have way to high of standards. whenever you get a job, i'll be expecting you to never mess up
