long story short on leblanc is that we all would have a much better idea of how good he is if he played in the QMJHL. he is a smart kid and is going to harvard next year. he plays a very high energy type of game and has offense to help out as well. he never takes a shift off either. best way to show how good he is is this:

last year montreal took danny kristo #56 overall. this year as an 18 year old on the omaha lancers he had 50-22-36-58 season. leblanc as a 17 year old had a 60-28-31-59 season. kristo also played a on the states world junior team.

I really think the Isles will take Tavares, not just because of talent but hype as well. They need to fill seats and Wang wants that new building. Tavares name has been everywhere the past few seasons since he was what 15yrs old, I think just marketing locks him as the 1st pick. Mind you garth Snow may trade the first pick to Detroit for Chris Chelios and a bag of pucks.

If the Isles are looking for the truly best player in the draft, I firmly believe that Duchene is that guy. He can score a ton of goals and play the PK and has just an insane hockey IQ and IQ in general. I will keep saying until proved otherwise, I think Duchene is better than tavares

I agree with this completely. I really think all 3 top picks will be good, and have solid careers, but I think Duchene, who seems likely to go 3rd, will be the best player selected in this draft.
