Yeah, its going to be a good game this Thursday. I'm rooting for the Colts all the way. I just hope that Patriot defense can keep on playing like they did this pre-season, lol.

*(*Final Cuts***
Nothing really not expected. Gildon was the only surprise. He had a great camp and looked like to be battleing for a starting spot. Not sure why they cut him. Simonton was cut even though he had a decent pre-season due to the play of Shaud Williams. He surprised many and ended up making the team.

***Bills Season Update 0-1***
I'll post the article because I don't feel like talking about the game:
Bills Lose Close Game, Still in Shock
John Tramontana, buffalobills.com

The Buffalo Bills controlled their opening day game against the Jacksonville Jaguars for 58 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough as Jaguars quarterback Bryon Leftwich threw a seven yard touchdown pass to Ernest Wilford on the games' final play.
"Honestly, I'm a little bit in shock," quarterback Drew Bledsoe said. "I really felt like we were in control of the ball game the whole way."
Bledsoe's sentiments were echoed by the 72,389 fans that left Ralph Wilson Stadium in disbelief that the Jags were able to steal a victory from their hometown Bills. Head Coach Mike Mularkey narrowly missed his chance to become the first Bills head coach to win his first game on opening day. Jacksonville drove 80 yards on 14 plays in 2:07 to hand the Bills their first loss of the season.
"I told the team I was as disappointed as they were," Mularkey said. "This is one of those emotional lows that I spoke about with those guys. I just said it's a fine line of wins and losses and if this game was not proof of that statement, I don't know what is. It's disappointing because I though we played pretty good football today."
The Bills were able to establish the run and control the ball. They had three drives of 10 or more plays, but none of those drives produced any points.
"We had chances to make plays," Mularkey said. "It was a little self destruction and when it came down for them (Jacksonville) to make plays, they did."
"Our job is to score points and today we had opportunities to do that and we didn't," wide receiver Eric Moulds said. "We had so many mistakes that we made in the course of trying to get down to the red zone that we put ourselves in position where we couldn't finish them (drives)."
Moulds was the Bills leading receiver with eight catches for 75 yards and a 17-yard touchdown. But he fumbled deep in Jacksonville territory just as the Bills were going in to score.
"I had that fumble down there that killed a good drive," Moulds said. "We were able to move the football on them and then I coughed it up. Those are the types of mistakes we need to correct in order to be successful on the field. We hurt ourselves as an offense today."
The Bills defense was stingy all day, creating two turnovers and holding the Jags to only 225 total yards. They held running back Fred Taylor to only 61 yards on the ground and also sacked Leftwich twice. They didn't make it easy for the Jags on the final drive of the game, forcing them into three fourth down plays, all of which the Jaguars converted, including the final touchdown.
"They made a great play," strong safety Coy Wire said. "We were right there. We had good position on it but somehow they were able to come down with it. You have to give them credit."
Wire got the start in place of injured safety Lawyer Milloy who broke his forearm against Indianapolis a few weeks ago. Wire had tight coverage but Leftwich was able to get it to his Wilford, who was able to out jump three Bills defenders.
"The guy (Wilford) is a basketball player playing football," Leftwich said. "He can jump and I knew that. I knew I had the match up and I knew the free safety knew that too."
"That type of finish is all around the league," Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio said. "We were fortunate enough to have Ernest (Wilford) go up and win a jump ball there. On fourth down, we were hoping a wide receiver would come up with a play and they did. It was a big lift for the team."
The Bills will look to rebound next week when they travel to Oakland's "black hole" to take on the Raiders. Both teams will be looking for their first win of the season. The Bills will quickly put this loss behind them, trying not to dwell on the emotions of a tough loss.
"I just walked around the whole locker room and said, 'hey look, we are a good football team,'" Mularkey said. "The close games will come and I'm hoping this is a great, great lesson learned. I'm going to find a positive and I think they will in this outcome as well. Right now everybody is down in the dumps, but I think after we put this tape on and see what we are capable of doing that it should help us."

***Game MVP***
Buffalobills.com visitors selected wide receiver Eric Moulds as the Tops Game Ball of the week winner for his performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sept. 12. Moulds caught a team-high eight passes for 75 yards, including a 17-yard touchdown pass from Drew Bledsoe in the first quarter. The touchdown reception was his 40th in his career and he trails only Andre Reed for touchdown catches with the Bills.

***Contracts***
The Bills today announced that Aaron Schobel has extended his contract. As per team policy, terms of the extension were not disclosed.
A second-round draft pick in 2001, Schobel has led the Bills in sacks in each of his three years. In 2003, Schobel led the team with a career-high 11.5 sacks. The defensive end from TCU ranks ninth on the Bills all-time list with 26.5 career sacks. He is one of only five players in Bills history to record a 10-sack season.

Lol. The Bills may have a chance. The New England run defense isn't that impressive so far. The Bills have not only Henry, but McGahee and Shaud Williams. I expect the Bills to pound the ball into the Pats defense and make it a game!
