It happens Ryo... I purchased a lot of classic video games which I knew were worth a good chunk of change. I actually called the guy and told him straight up and he said I don't have a credit card to sell and no time to worry about that stuff. I got 200+ worth of games for 80 dollars. It happens man

Another thing i forgot to mention is time/timing - perhaps the guy thought it would be easier to move lower end cards in order to get cash to pay a bill.

By the way, if we are going to mention BV and SV and ripping someone off - you can walk in to almost any car dealership today and get a car well below BV and before previous SV . . . are all new car buyers "ripping" off the dealers? of course not.
