And that's the problem. Becuase shipping doesn't get dinged by eBay % fees, people try and make a little bit of extra money in there. That's a serious problem for me. If I'm paying more than $2.00 for shipping, it had better be in a bubble mailer, otherwise I'm being ripped off.

I received a Carey Price YG last week in a PWE. I left a popsitve yet agressive feedback. If the top loader would have been packaged with decoy cards I would understand, but this seller was just making money off of shippping. Crazy!

I can't stand when people send in PWE. I bought a card of ebay like a year ago and the person sent it in a PWE, in a top loader, but the card still got destroyed, huge crease right down the middle, no refund, that really irritates me

a have only recieved a couple PWE from Ebay. All the trades on SCF i have recieved cards in bubble mailers.

Me too.
I think it's just that people on the bay are out to make a quick buck no matter what. SCF members are all collectors so we ship the way we want our stuff shipped.
