Indeed, just by looking at the design, we all know that it's from 1971-72 (year of Guy Lafleur and Marcel Dionne rc). Then the card is not #138. Furthermore, Esposito's rc looks like this:

I thought KSA gained a better reputation, that's why they've expanded with another office in St-Jérôme. I wonder what KSA have to say about this. Will they regrade it for free to correct the error? Like qwas said, that card seems to deserve a grade around 4. Maybe KSA simply made a mistake by putting the wrong tag, so it means that there is a Esposito rc floating around tagged as 1971-72 OPC...

That's what I was thinking. KSA is known to be a very reputable grading company. We've had them at our show before and wouldn't have them in attendance if such wasn't the case. In fact, they're welcome to setup at our future shows for sure. My bet is that this is a case of mislabeling... not misgrading.

BGS and PSA have made mistakes too.

I .pretty sure there was a change in ownership at KSA and there seems to be a point where the old (bad graded cards) stopped and current (good graded cards) began. Im not sure on the dates but that is my understanding of the situation. By all accounts KSA now seem a good option after beckett and PSA

Any chance that the card was switched after grading?

    Maybe another e-bay scam

I think that grading companies that have tables at card shows are a double-edged sword.

As somebody looking to get a card graded, bringing it to a grading table and having a pleasant 20 minute chat with the person working there and then waiting for the card to be returned might put the onus on the grader to give it a better grade. I'm not saying from a 6 to a 9, but a better grade none the less. It's only human nature.

Ditto goes for a dealer who brings 20 Crosby YGs to be graded. Wouldn't the grader be more inclined to give them back at 9.5s instead of the 9s he may have accorded them, without the dealer standing in front of him tapping his fingers? Also, don't forget the big sale that he just made!

    Just my thoughts! Any opinions?
