    Paypal help?

    I sold a card and the buyer is in Canada. He paid me, and now the money is on hold. Paypal says they will release the hold if i get a tracking #. They said this applies to the United States. Will they release it if i give them the tracking # even though its going to Canada?



    I would just ship via paypal method, but my printer doesnt work

    I would say ask a friend if you can borrow their printer, so you don't have to worry about it. If you want to be safe about it.
