Sometimes people send a pm to the seller with an offer to buy off of Ebay. That's why they cancel all the bids and pull the auction.

I've had a seller emailing me a day after I won an auction stating "he spilled soda on the card" Yeah whatever, got my refund and spend it on something better.

That's the problem with eBay and probably exactly what happened to the cards.
I wouldn't stoop to that level, what go's around comes around as they say.
Just make the minimum bid, that way stuff like this can't happen as easily.

i had to bring this back cause it is funny. Since this thread I have been finding stuff I wanted and making the minimal bid. Well, I bid on a 1/1 of Ewing that just got listed the other day.

Get a note on teh blackberry today that they cancelled the bid, and the other bid of someone else. Then took the card offline.

What is the use anymore? People aren't bound to auctioning off something without the possible buyers being able to leave a feedback or have input? Now, if there were no bids, then so be it.
