    Fake Gucci Watch

My uncle has been in China for about a month because of his job. He always goes to the shops around him and buys alot of jewlery and purses because they are fakes or replicas of big name brands, like gucci, Tiffany, Rolex and all the others, and my family loves getting them. anyway he gets them really cheap. But my question is, are you allowed to sell replica stuff on ebay? I would, of course, say it was fake, but would I get in any trouble for selling fakes of things like that? I dont mean like get in trouble by ebay, but by the company itself?

As long as you say it's a replica, it should be allowed. You're not misrepresenting anything...

I'm not sure. I had a bunch of in person autos that I was trying to sell and they got booted off. They weren't really of any value either. Mostly 80's baseball guys like todd benzinger. LOL

That is odd, I see non-certified autos on there all the time...and a lot of them are very misleading.

Its possible you might get in trouble for selling knockoffs of brand name merchanise. You might want to check with Gucci, Tiffany and Rolex, just to be sure. Hopefully they haven't sued anyone for importing/selling fakes of their merchandise.

Even if someone says its ok to sell these things on eBay, its possible/probable some scammers will buy them up and then resell them as genuine and authentic. Then they get investigated and then they point their finger at you. Meanwhile, you uncle is hoping you don't point your finger at him.
