Well I know for some in person signings some players only put their initials cuz they have an agreement with a company. But I don't understand why players would do that on cards.

LOL...I was just getting ready to start a thread on the same topic....glad I read this first!!
I was just going thru the cards I got in the mail today, and one of them is a Quadry Ismail 00 Finest Moments refractor auto. It is signed "Missle" Now I also have a 95 Proline Auto of him, that also has "missle" on it, but he also signed his full name along with it. I guess he has just had soooo many requests over the years of his stellar career, he had to shorten it
Another player who has a terrible sig is Ron Dugans, and also Curtis Keaton....both just sign initials. Excuse me, but I really don't think these guys are all that , that people are bombarding them for an auto. But I also have to say, along with getting the "missle" graph today, I also received my Jack Youngblood Jersey/Auto, and that sig is SWEET!
LOL...I can't believe someone would actually sign their autograph as "sloth"....geeze....his mom MUST be proud.
Peace,
Rima

i agree it can be bad - i have photos and bats signed by multiple players and every time i have an auto added i have to write down who signed it to keep track because when you go back and look at the photo or what not you usually can't read anything - i would hate to loose my lists

Look at all the wasted blue space on that Anderson.
If I was a pro athlete, i would sign my full name for no other reason than that is what I would expect from guys I would want to sign.

Yeah that doesn't look good with a big blue spot on the card.

well, I bet if the players were given several millions dollars more, their handwriting might be more legible and complete
But, I suppose the players are too busy with their homies and in gentleman's clubs to take the time to sign autos in a respectable manner

If the reason they sign so bad is that they are too busy in the strip clubs then I can forgive them. LOL What better a place to go and find your favorite athletes auto, the Nudie bar!
