I just finished talking to the guy about the three showcase boxes.
This is what happened last week:
I took in over $650.00 BV in Baseball and NASCAR (Autographs and Game-Used/Race-Used) for his trade offer or his "buy it now" price.
He offered me $125.00 for them so I passed. That is when we started talking about the Showcase at $199.95 each and he told me $175.00 each if I took all three.
The story today is: $175.00 each PLUS the cards I had to trade last week.
So, let me figure this out...$175 X 3 = $525, PLUS my traders of $650...so guess the three boxes will cost me $1,175.00?
Once again....he does some double talking.
From time to time he gives me great trades and deals....but not sure how much longer I can deal with this guy.
I have to find another card shop somewhere!

..and here's the best part....he told me he has several buyers interested in the cards I showed him!
I know he buys way below eBay and has a asking price of 75% BV....so he would make a fortune off the deal if I did it!

That`s a crock Randy. Guy who used to have a card shop here in town was like that. He`d only pay 10-15 % bv and then want full book. No wonder he went out of business lol. I agree find another shop. Or find out who he was gonna sell those cards to and cut out the middle man lol.

ah man aint that a pain. hate when that happens. sounds like a shady guy good luck finding another shop.
