Another AP Fake Up for Auction
I am getting so sick of this. This one has been altered within the last month and a half or so because it was on the bay as a single color around that time. I am keeping track of every fake patch I see in my bucket. I also save every single color that pops up on the bay as these are the most likely candidates for the scumbags who do this. Here's the proof:

and here's the auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ADRIAN-PETERSON-...d=p3286.c0.m14
Guys, please do your homework if you're going to buy an AP SPA - the fakes are all over the place.

you have any scans of 166/399?

I have no scan of #166, but I'd love to take a look at it if you send me a pic. I knew as soon as I looked at #58 that it was fake - I just happened to have the proof to back it up.
I hate seeing people get screwed on something so expensive. Until the card companies wake up, the best defense is information I guess...

DEFINATLY FAKE, but i think the seller has no clue. 100%feedback, not keepin anything private. he just might feel pretty bad if he found out it was a fake patch.

I have no proof of this, but I do know that this card was up quite recently before it was altered. It doesn't show up in completed auctions, but if someone has the ability to search completed auctions that go back about 6-8 weeks, I bet it will show up. Would be interesting to see who was selling it.
