Favre is the best option for them and i honestly think this makes the Vikings a team not to mess with! Im glad Favre is back!

Not for nothing but free agency ruined the childhood memories you have, not the Vikings or their fans. If anything perhaps you should blame the Packers organization (Ted Thompson) for not keeping the guys that you grew up watching. Even with that, don't be upset that the Vikings are picking up your pieces and using them.

I'll never get why people blame them. Its an organization. They are a business. They gave Brett a timeline to decide. He didn't pick. So they moved on. Good for them. Aaron got the job and he did pretty well last year. I have to think the Packers are chuckling right now. They get a shot to knock Brett down a few times. And here we are two years later, and he still doesn't know what he wants to do. I blame nothing on the Packers. They did what they should do. Brett has been a distraction for everyteam he has joined since he left GB. The Jets players and fans notice how he isn't a really good team player and even as a "retired player" he was causing distractions for the Vikings. I hope the Packers roll over the Vikings. Heck half the reason I think he is coming back is to show the Packers wrong. Way to be mature Brett.

WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!! I am so happy that he decided to sign! This makes the Vikes the probable team to beat in the NFC - before you say "You're nuts", hear me out - a top 3 defense in the league, with the best d-line in the entire NFL, and one of the best corners in Winfield; the best RB in the NFL, and possibly the best overall player in the NFL in Peterson; a great o-line; a few decent WRs; and a great rookie WR in Percy Harvin - now add in Favre, and mix them all together, and you get an instant contender for the superbowl. I will say it now - the Vikings will make it to AT LEAST the NFC championship, if not farther! Quote me! lol
BTW - press conference is tonight at 6PM EDT introducing Favre as a member of the Vikes, and coverage will be on ESPN.

You can mix them all together but I still say they are missing the stuff that will hold them all together.
I hope I'm wrong. I guess we'll see.

The Vikes aren't my team but I wouldn't mind seeing them win it all. The team has never one a Super Bowl but come so close so many times.

appearently, most people either like favre or don't.
as far as i'm concerned, what favre does is his business, not mine or other peoples.
it seems like all the people that don't like favre have no problem giving their reasons.
most of the reasons are just personal opinions and have no basis.
they don't say squat about LT skipping training camp in the past.
what exactly does favre have to learn, that he should attend training camp?
note-with the vikings, favre won't have to win the game himself.
i think the packers coaches belong with a high school team. division c. :-)
oh yeah, the viking coaches are smarter.
i'm going to enjoy watching favre play one or two more seasons.
i'm also going to enjoy watching peterson run all over the packers.
does anybody think the vikings will "spank" the packers, and enjoy it?
to all that read this and think i should keep my opinions to myself. thats exactly what i think people should do with their opinions of favre.
LASTLY--WE NEVER MAKE MISNAKES.
