    is this patch damaged?

    http://s805.photobucket.com/albums/y...t=Scan0025.jpg
you can see in the bottom right that there's a little blue fabric missing, ie doesn't cover the whole window. also in the top right, if viewed at an angle you can see the white part beneath the patch. i only have a handful of patch cards and none of them look like that. i'm thinking about asking for a refund since this is not stated in the listing. what do yall think?

if you paid market price I'd file a SNAD claim and get a refund.

You can def. see the gap. When you look at the pic in his bucket, make sure you're looking at 100% view.

To call that damaged is IMO highly over-exaggerated.

yes make sure you zoom in 100%. also what you cannot see from the scan is at the upper right. if you have the card in your hand and view it at an angle, you will the white of the card beneath the patch.

If you bought it off ebay, I think it would be best if you just ask for a partial refund and maybe give him a neutral feedback, it's really not that noticeable.

Also, you have to remember, with a high-end card like that, i doubt that the seller would want to give a full refund, most sellers are very dishonest like that. And if you do file an "Item Not Described" claim with paypal, it's very rare that paypal sides with the buyer.

From my experience, paypal is only concerned with items not received claims, they only favor the buyer on item not described claims, if the item is clearly damaged or broken, and that card is not clearly damaged.

Like i said, it's best to just take what you can with a partial refund, and leave it alone.
