    the funny thing is this: i got it as a second chance offer. now the seller claimed that the winning bidder never paid so it was offered to me. i asked the seller if the winning bidder ever received the card. seller said no. also i got the second chance offer 12 days after the first listing ended

    It's a factory defect...
    Who ever cut the jersey for that swatch cut that piece wrong or short I guess you could say.

    Yet another example of poor execution/quality control over at UD.

    Also, don't leave feedback yet, that's the only leverage you have in getting a partial refund. Like I said, I doubt that paypal will be able to help you with this one.
