What would u do if this happens??
There has been talk of local radio and fox sports radio and espn radio on and off for the past couple of years now that the NFL may make all games pay per view once the current TV deals run out, so I was wondering if u would still watch ur favorite team? And if anybody knows about what price point there looking to charge per game??

I'd guess that if they did that it would be an NFL ticket type deal. For me it would all depend on the price and how they handled it. I love football but there is a line that could be crossed to make me not care about it as much. I'd guess that one could always hit up a sports bar to not have to purchase the games at home.
If they take the games off of the networks I feel it would be one of the biggest mistakes. The NFL has already shown that they don't know how to produce football games on the NFL network. I think the fact that they reach so many households on network tv is great for them. Why mess it up especially when networks are willing to give them so much money just for the rights to broadcast them. Besides, what would happen to the super bowl, the most viewed sporting event of the year if it's pay per view?

Would never happen. PERIOD. Especially seeing how the Directv contract is extended till 2018.
You think the NFL is going to give back 500million...You local radio is trying ot get ratings and making things up(shock affect). I have never ever heard that.

I've always said that I would pay per game to watch my Bronco's. I will never pay for the Sunday ticket thing because I don't see why I would spend all that money to watch games other than Bronco games. Plus DirecTv sucks, especially here in Florida where it rains a lot during the football season so the satellite continuously goes out.
I would be all for paying per game during the season though.

I wouldn't pay just out of principle and I would hope enough other people wouldn't as well to make a point. You have the sports world in the palm of your hand, head and shoulders above MLB and NBA, why would you do anything to screw that up?
I have no problem with PPV for out of market games, more games, enhanced coverage, etc. I pay for XM radio and love it...but there's still the free option for those who want it. If there is a free option, I have no problem with offering PPV for bigger and better coverage for those who want it...but the free option should never be taken away.

If this were to happen, I'd be glad that the MLB, NBA and NHL seasons are on during the football season...would give me something to watch that I don't have to pay for specifically.

I could be wrong but it may be an option DirecTV and the NFL are working on. I had directv for the last 4 or 5 years really so I could watch the Bengals.
The last year the internet and streaming live video has gotten much better....so I don't pay for TV any more.
