I would not be surprised to find that he got a better offer, either on-line or in person.
I have had several deals go bad because the seller was also a hobby shop owner. He had cards listed on eBay while they were still on his display shelves. After two "Ooops" autcions I realized had he sold the cards to walk in customers, probably for more than the auction price. I got a refund each time, but it still sucks.Hidden Content

So I see other members on here haven't had too nice of transactions with this seller either, waiting 40 days for a card, losing a card, waiting a week to ship, seems like an awesome seller.

WoW. I'm sorry but that guy has no right to be selling cards on ebay if his track record is any indication. Derrick, I'm sorry that you had to miss out on the beauty. I agree. Totally unfair and EASILY warrants a negative feedback.

I just received a card from him that I won last week, I thought he was an excellent seller.......maybe I was wrong? but I do think negative feedback is acceptable here

Yeah, although I didn't end up bidding on the same card you won, I did win 2 other cards from him laster one and had a great experience like G0SHARKSG0. He had great communication and I got the cards yesterday. I guess he's kind of hit or miss I guess.

I'd wait until the refund comes through (sounds like it already has) before leaving negative feedback, but you're 100% in the right to do it.
