Can always start another auction with the before and after pictures, it worked pretty well last time.. Oh yeah, E-bay will not pull the listing unless they get word directly from Upper Deck that the item infringes upon their "Intellectual Property Rights".. Usually the item has ended before that can be figured out!!!

Did you E-mail the guy yet.. Sometimes people just get duked on these things.. He doesn't have the ID's or bids set to private, so it doesn't look like he's trying to do anything shady.. Maybe he has no clue..

If you check his other auctions, there are no other fake patch cards, but there are a bunch of questionable rookie premiere red ink autos. These and the fake patches seem to go hand in hand with some of these sellers. I'd personally run from anything this guy sells and not look back.
