To better protect the privacy of eBay users, you can only request contact information for eBay users who are involved in your current or recent transactions.
Examples are: Sellers can request the contact information for all bidders in an active transaction and the winning bidder in a successful, closed transaction.
Bidders can request the contact information for a seller during an active transaction and in a successful, closed transaction if they are the winning bidder
I think he could get the bidders info if I am reading this right. I pulled this right off ebay

Finally got a reply to one of the E-mail I sent the seller.. Here it is for all to see..
Dear doug3508,
well to your statment. I saw it was ending the other night it was at 260 thousand dollars so i ended it with out even looking at the emails I just ended it and relisted it from another computer. I did not have the picture of the card on the new computer I was on so i just right click and saved the picture and used the pictures i had just saved to the computer and opended up turbo lister and proceeded to type the auction up again. I listed it for 1 day and then I saw it was at 50k again so thats when i took the time to look at the emails etc. So if what i am telling is not enough for you to believe I really do not care but that is the honest truth. So like i said if you would kindly fix what damaged reputation you have cause me to have that would be great. We are both honest people caught up in a bad siyuation no reason for you to make it worse by slandering my name even more when i am telling you the truth.

Hey guy, you really want to repair your reputation? Stop selling altered cards. If you don't want to eat that much money because you damaged so many cards, just admit you faked the patches in the listing. Then you won't catch so much flack. This guy is a criminal, and I wish it wasn't such a hassle to get this sorted out.
