Not saying this as a Colorado fan, but as a Roy fan
I'd do with Roy/Colorado, simply because almost all his newer stuff he's pictured with the Canadiens (with some exceptions) but go with that, since he's your PC guy
If not PC, go with Vezina, or Lindbergh

I'd go for the Roy on Montreal. Personally I've seen quite few Brodeur Complete jersey cards, which would make another one less unique.

Karine;
Don't torture yourself... Go with your first love; Roy--Montreal. It is probably the card you will be happiest with, and it is not going anywhere but into your collection. So resale value is not the primary concern... But if you want a true one of one, you could always trade it for my MTO Single Memorabillia where you are pictured with the player... A true Roy/Hains 1/1 to be sure...

Brian Elliott!!! :D You can never go wrong with an Ottawa Senator
Seriously though, Patrick Roy (Montreal) seems like the obvious choice from seeing all your PC cards. It would be a priceless 1/1 addition to the PC!

A few points:
1) Vezina may be on the general availability list, but ITG had never acquired a Vezina game-used jersey so he can not be chosen for a "Complete Jersey" card.
2) There are 10 copies of each combination, for a total of 50 "Made to Order" cards. Even on the off chance more than one person chooses the same player ITG will make an effort to make each one unique by using different photos or swatches.
3) Personally I would choose Lindbergh just because there isn't much jersey memorabilia out there yet and it will hold value with so many hardcore collectors around. I would not be anxious to sell a card as unique as a "Made to Order" but some people might be looking for that return.
4) Keep in mind, some players used jerseys that didn't feature fight straps so depending on who you chose you might get a card with three memorabilia pieces instead of four. If you don't mind getting fewer swatches the old-school players make for awesome cards.
5) This is too hard a choice for you Karine, instead of stressing over it you may as well trade it to me and let me take the burden of redeeming it :P

Karine, if you only welcome Roy and Brodeur cards into your PC, I would suggest Roy in a Habs uniform.
But, if you welcome non Brodeur/Roy cards into your PC, I would go with Vezina.
You will be able to add many stunning Roy and Brodeur cards to your PC over the next several years. But the stunning vezina cards will run out. IMO, this is the chance of a "hobbytime" to acquire some game-used Vezina memorabilia.
You will have several chances for more Roy/Brodeur, evenm MTO's.
Think about how you will feel when the card arrives and you open up the envelope. The anticipation of seeing it for the first time. It is your feeling at that exact moment that I think should guide you to your decision. When you first lay your eyes on it. Who do you want to see? And then when you post it here. Which player will give you the most pride?
Just some thoughts. This is a huge decision, don't screw it up!!!

Like I mentioned above, ITG has never acquired a Vezina game-used jersey so he can't be chosen for this particular "Made to Order", only the other four.
You never know though, if they can get their hands on one some day it would be even more sought-after than the goalie pads. Imagine a Vezina emblem! ;)

ITG can always do any kind of MTOs under special requests, especially for long-time customers. I have seen some MTOs that nobody would even think about it, they will probably never hit the open market due to their uniqueness, and collectors owning them (I speak about few collectors) want to keep their ideas private. If it is for your PC, ITG can do something special if the request makes sense.
