Poll: Fox Most Trusted News for Americans
Poll: Fox Most Trusted News for Americans
Fox News has supplanted CNN as the 'most trusted' news source for Americans, a new nationwide poll finds.
The poll conducted by Sacred Heart University, found that the most trusted national TV news organizations, for accurate reporting, in declining order included: Fox News (27.0%), CNN (14.6%), and NBC News (10.90%). These were followed by ABC News (7.0%), local news (6.9%), CBS News (6.8%) MSNBC (4.0%), PBS News (3.0%), CNBC (0.6%) and CBN (0.5%).
In 2003, CNN led Fox News on “trust most for accurate reporting” 23.8% to 14.6%.
The Sacred Heart University Poll also found significantly declining percentages of Americans saying they believe all or most of media news reporting.
But, NewsMax.com ironically left out this statistic from the same study:
Fox News is Most - and Least - Trusted.
In an indication of how split Americans are, Fox News was named both the most trusted TV news organization (by 30 percent) as well as the least trusted (26.2 percent).

Fox is the least Biased and most accurate by far. they also report all of the news instead of withholding news based on ideology. I dont know if that is considered part of Bias or what.....That being said, I dont know if i can strust this poll. There are 3 of them behind MSNBC. I dont see how thats possible. Even the few people that do watch MSNBC know that they are being lied to, they just watch it for entertainment purposes. I would find it impossible to beleive that anyone with a 5th grade education or higher could see MSNBC as a News source.

mainly because the basis of the vote is those that don't trust it is because it goes against their political affiliation and those that do trust it, do so because it supports their parties ideals. Real easy to see how the voting happened

Haha, I wonder if it being the most trusted has anything to do with it being the only conservative station for conservatives to back up while liberals split between a few and it being the least trusted has anything to do with the reverse if that makes any sense. Hmmmmm....

Probably true...and it's sad that we are even able to differentiate between them.

I'm not surprised. Without Fox News, a large segment of the US population would never know who they're supposed to hate, what they should be frothing like starving junkyard dogs over, and who they should be pointing their guns at. And those are the only things in life they care about, so where else are they going to get that vital information?
To use Fox News' viewers own #1 catch phrase, it looks like the terrorists have already won.

My rabid hate comes from personal experience. Ignorance, oh I don't think so, Sunny Jim. I see the enemy for what they truly are, and I see the truth that Fox News and its foot soldiers like you want to hide. And I don't to nurse need some bottom-feeding cable swill like an infant before I can walk out my front door.
