Dont start that crap now. Your life may be nothing without christ, but mine is just fine without it. I have more respect for Christianity than most other religions, but not when it is pushed. I agree with the current values and morals associated with Christianity and think that we would be a lot worse off without them, but it makes it harder to hold up those values if you must beleive in questionable interpretation of unrealistic History to have those values. The Die-Hard Christian Right will always be a Burden on conservatives if they continue with the all or none hard line attitude.

Maybe YOUR life is nothing without "Christ," but that doesn't mean mine or anyone else's is, too. Some people don't need that drug to help them get by.

I never agreed with you but this is somewhat false. They are opposite in the sense that one is liberal and one is conservative, but the hate and animosity on Fox is FAR worse. I watch all 3 networks too and this is obvious to me. Fox is the first and only network that personally attacks and insults voters as well as any and all politicians as well as guests that don't fall into there ideology. It is wrong to look at Fox and MSNBC as one in the same.

When has that ever stopped you from making ridiculous assumptions and accusations? For the life of me, I cannot fathom how you don't see the hypocrisy.
I agree 100%...I can't stand watching either. I agree with FoxNews' views much more than MSNBC's, but they present their "news" exactly the same way...bring on someone from the opposing view point, ask them a baited question, then yell over them until they quit trying or you go to commercial. I don't watch any TV news any more, it's all a joke. I get my news online, that way you can skip over the fluff, ignore the bias, read only the facts, and interpret them on your own.
EVERY study is presented with some level of bias...it's just a matter of which you choose to believe. Discrediting the ones you disagree with and believing the ones you agree with is not a valid evaluation.
Gets my vote.

I did not discredit anything. I will be looking into the institution and the study specifically to see if the research is valid. Did you do this before you posted it? All I asked was for people to look at the research before just agreeing with it. Confirmation bias is big on this board. Did you read the last line of the first article? The study was done almost 2 years ago. Could the information be incorrect now? This is what I mean about confirmation bias. People look for what they believe without looking at all of the information.

I don't understand how a poll is biased. The only biases in statistics is whether or not you handpicked your responders, which I'm sure would've been exposed had it been true in this case. A poll is about the most unbiased form of information available.

No it can be manipulated. You have to look at the demographics of the poll and when it was done. I do not trust any poll until I see these things first. By the way, I do not believe what any of the media states on any channel. Issues are too nuanced for a 5 minute blurb.

The manipulation is in the questions.
