Cano is like so many talented guys I played ball with. You put them in a bang-bang situation, and they're lights out. You give them any sort of situation where they have to think, it all goes to heck.

This is a sorry to any Angels fans,we can't control the umpiring but they have been awfully sucky for both teams as swisher was picked off,but then he never left 3rd early,and cano and posada should go to baserunning school,I'm just glad that call didn't lead to any runs.

Ok, I am an A's fan and I am rooting for the Halos but really couldn't care less as long as it's a good game.
My thought is that these umps have got to go!! And I've come to the conclusion that it's the AL umps! Not just this game, not just that play either. How Cano wasn't out is beyond me! How Swisher wasn't picked off earlier is beyond me.
Look at how many plays in this postseason the AL umps have screwed up on. The Mauer hit, the 2 hosings that Youk got in the ALDS. I ump, and I've made mistakes, but these are blatant. I understand anyone who wants to say human error is part of the game, but give me replay!!
For anyone who wants to take the umps side, I say this:
If you are on the operating table, and these umps are your surgeons, do you REALLY want them operating on you? I sure as hell don't!
