In my un-biased opinion Celtics bench is best, Then Lakers and finally Cavs. Celtics have the two components of in my opinion a great bench solid players, Glen Davis and Sheed, then high energy motivation guys like House and Daniels to some extent. Then Lakers, they are second because overall there bench isn't as solid they have Odom who is the only solid player and Brown could maybe be considered a energy guy. They have nice filler but so do the celtics with allen etc. They have a great energy guy with Gibson but no real solid player, I would say Z would no longer qualify as one though that is under debate. Once again real nice filler but everyone else on this three list does to.

Z is the best bench player on any of those three teams.....

    Thank you!

Just because i dont give the Celtics credit for their bench players doesnt mean they suck. The Clippers bench sucks.... But saying the Celtics bench is the best is like saying the Raiders have a good team.

But you are shooting down all their players...regardless of which team you are a fan of, they still have a good bench...and the Raiders do have a good team...they beat the Eagles, right? lol...but seriously, that's just absurd...that's just going way too extreme there!

Z is the best bench player on any of those three teams.....

Second to Odom...the Lakers and Cavs each have a better overall PLAYER than the Celtics bench does, but the Celtics have the overall better bench.

Absolutely. Odom is streaky. When he's on, he's real good....but Z is one of the most consistent shooters out there, and has arguably the best big-man midrange/outside game in the NBA.

No, I'd take Z over Odom over a full season, game-by-game. The Lakers and Cavs each have a better overall PLAYER than the Celtics bench does, and the Lakers and Cavs each have a better overall BENCH than the Celtics do.

Ok, keep thinking that...we'll see what happens on Tuesday! You can bet that there'll be a thread with easily 200 replies for that game! Let's hope for a 100% healthy team both ways.

Well, at least we'll agree on one thing! Some posts might be missing though, if I end up getting tickets. ;)

Well, I think we agree on more than one thing - Cavs and Celtics each have good benches - we just think that opposite teams have the better bench...minor technicality...lol

That'd be cool to go to a game like that...too bad I don't live anywhere close to Cleveland or Boston...lol...you know, it would be really interesting if the home team won all the regular season games, or if the road team won every game, or if it was a split...that would make for a great ECF, again.
