But he doesn't mention Checklist. He gives a number.
Someone who is buying for someone else may not know where to look up a number to find out the it is not what is described (unless they have the checklist)
I reported it. I will at least try to stop it if I can. Wrong is wrong

I have not stolen anything. I state what the card is and it says Young Guns. Since you know what card it is and your not interested do not bid.
So I replied with this
You have also listed it as a rookie and it is not. People like you should be banned from the bay. When you misrepresent a card by the description that is fraud and (theft). No you didn't steal the $10 card you are stealing $35 of someone's hard earned money.
I have reported it to ebay as fraudulent and I hope they get you before it is gone.

Brutal!
This guy is an arse. He will probably cause someone to quit the hobby or at least avoid ebay in the future thereby sending a ripple effect through the hobby that hurts us all.
How anyone defends him is beyond me. If your 12 year son saves up his allowance to buy this card and is sickly disappointed when it arrives, you may change your tune. Not all buyers are "seasoned". That implies that its open season on newbies. Way to grow the hobby?!?!?
And the guy knows that most people will rely on "Malkin Young Gun" versus looking up card #496 in the checklist. Plus he never says "checklist" in the auction so reading the descriptio in full is no help to most.
Its dirty pool just like sholi said.
