Card Error?
I have a dual jersey of Andrej Meszaros and Zdeno Chara, so there's a piece of jersey on both sides; however, both sides' jersey swatches are red. There's no red in Chara's team jerseys, the Boston Bruins... did I get frauded out of an actual Chara jersey piece?

What year is it from? My initial guess is that it's a piece from a Chara Sens jersey.

It's a 2007-08 Upper Deck MVP. I just figured since the picture showed him with the Bruins that's what the jersey would be too... that's probably it, but his last season with Ottawa was 2005-06...?

UD is known to use swatches from previous jerseys until their supply has run out

Or to simply use whatever scrap fell out of the bin in whatever card.
This is really not unusual for GU cards...

I was right about to say about Thorton. They've been using Bruins pieces on his cards forever. Can't say I entirely blame UD though. They can't exactly control what teams do, and why not use a perfectly good jersey just because he was traded or signed with a new team. Ideally it'd be great to have the team match the swatch, but just not realistic.
