    Upper Deck uses up what they have first before they start putting in actual pieces of the players current team.
    Pacific (RIP) on the other hand would put a little message beside the patch, if it was a from a previous team. I have a Heads up Quad Jersey in my Palffy collection that Jason Allison is on as a Kings player, but with a yellow patch. They were kind enough to let us know the sweater was worn while with Bruins. Obvious to savvy collectors, but to those who don't get it right away, have at least an explanation.

    I have a Hossa card...its an Atlanta jersey swatch, hes pictured in a Pens uni, and it says the team is Detroit. LOL. Upper Deck FAIL.
