    I see. I wouldn't have guessed that was anything that could really be fixed. What could anyone do to fix a crease?

    It can be done w/ regular cards and its a practice that is frowned upon b/c its considered card doctoring.

    Update on this situation,I got a pm from panini they are sending me the same card but a different number mine was numbered 12/25 the one they are sending is numbered 15/25 I'll let you guys know if the patch is as nice as the original.I should have it by wednesday,I'm wondering did they put the urlacher cards in the boxes as it seems weird they would have the same card in their inventory only with a different number,take care Steve

    best of luck with it only way to fix a damaged card is to burn it cuz its worthless

    Wow...that surprises me! They must really be trying to get on the collector's good side, as this definitely seems above and beyond what a card company would do. Nice that you are getting it replaced though!

    I was very surprised Nathan I expected to get back the damaged card and a letter explaining they couldn't fix it,once again panini is proving to be head and shoulders above the other card companies,take care Steve

    That is great customer appreciation. They could just take the patch out and insert it into another card and send that to you.

    That's pretty cool on Panini's part to replace a card that you damaged and not the company's fault. Topps and UD would probably just flip you the bird and move on. Kudos to Panini once more for coming through!
