    i don't think that would really apply here- if the 125 members of the diamond club spent 50k on average thats 6.255 million. surely upperdeck has over 100 million in sales a year.

    Remember when we talk about elite groups like Black Diamond remember we even have different ranks per say. That only entitles folks to special perks when they spend a extra dollar amount. Is that any different?

    As many have said all companies do it. They shoudl get preferrential treatment in getting extra stuff. The thing that should not ever change is that all members regardless of rank should get Customer Satisfaciton in handling of their problems. Of course I am sure the UD DC has preferential service when handling stuff. Much like if you deal with certain card distrubutors you might get your own representative. So I see no reason to bash them as it just another club.

    In theory we all have the ability to make the dollars like anyone else in a free economy. Just how many of us choose to spend countless thousands of dollars that way. I rather spend my money in otherways. I will not fault them for their choice.
