well on easter i had a box of trilo3y waiting and i opened a pack that happend to have a redemtion of. Patrick Kane/Jonathan Toews/Stan Mikita/ and Brett Hull trilo3y combo clearcut /5 and i redememed it that day. it said shipped on 4/28/09 but i haven't gotten it yet. and i collect patrick kane too.

that happened to me with an 08/09 Fleer Ultra Nikita Filatov rookie the site said it was shipped and I never got it and I called UD many times (even though every time I called they said they'd ship it right out to me ya right lol) I'd most defently call and complain

I redeemed a rookie pack from 07-08 MVP and still haven't gotten anything, even though they shipped a replacement last year...

Yeah, I would call. If i remember correctly, UD ships these type of cards through priority mail...I believe you generally have to sign off on it.

The dreaded 4/28/09 shipping issue strikes again. Call them immediately and ask to speak to somebody about this. They had a LOT of cards supposedly get shipped on that date that never did arrive to collectors, it's a major issue and they are aware of it. I'm amazed that you didn't do anything about it much, much sooner.

I was a victim of the 4/28/09 shipping date as well.

I sent them 1 or 2 nice emails and finally I got a message back that these cards would be re-sent.

I did get them. Good luck. Why did you wait almost 8 months to realize this :)
