    i got hit with this too and they've just shipped the card. ive had quick responses from them by email. initially they told me i would have to sign an affidavit stating i didn't receive the card and that they "technically aren't supposed to ship to canada". next thing i know, i have an email stating the card had been shipped which im eagerly awaiting in the mail. i know it took me so long to contact them because life happens and i've been so busy that i forgot about it ;o)
