Today the Somerset Patriots are playing the Ducks, A doubleheader, (2) 7 Inning games with 30 mins between games. Instead of opening the gates 1 hour prior to game 1, they opened 30 mins before. So, I lost sometime for auto's. Most of the players I needed where in the bullpen and those guys went the back way. So. I missed them.
I was able to from the Patriots,
    Nic Ungs, 2 Cards(Before game 1)
Chris Oxspring, 2 Cards (Before Game 2)
Noris Hopper, 1 Card. Noris was playing games with us. He walked by us 3 times and said next time. So, just as the game started he came over and said. I'm up 2nd. and signed 1 per. (Before game 1).
    On the Ducks,
Before the game and until the 2 inning John Rodriquez was signing in the Waddle in Shop. I got him on an 8x10.
Then during the first few inning, Buddy Harrelson was signing on the concourse behind home plate. He has been doing this alot latley. Such an awsome guy.
I left in the 4th inning of the 2nd game and it was 10:10. Was not going to wait for after the game and this is the last time the Patriots are in town. I ended up missing out on Ron Villone, Kevin Reese and Darrel McCall and of course Sparky Lyle was his own self and being an A-hole.

Just got back from my 3 days, 3 Games trip. Started out in Allentown, Pa for the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs vs. Buffalo Bisons game.
My main goal was to get Ryne Sandberg on my Wrigley Field Seat Back. I waited 3 hours outside the stadium. i was to the understanding that he parks in the main lot unlike the players.
But this day his wife dropped him off in the player parking lot. So, I had to bring the seat inside with me. Inside I waited along the 3rd base line and he signed with a Silver SRX and added HOF 2005. I also got
Between before the game and after the game outside I got
    Tagg Bozzied 8x10
    Ryan Edell
    8x10
Then I started a team ball
    Brian Bass
    Justin DeFratus
    Scott Mathieson
    Juan Perez
    Joe Savery
    Mike Schwimer
    Josh Barfield
    Kevin Frandsen
    Freddy Galvis
    Pete Orr
    Brandon Moss

    I never saw Dominic Brown
Then another goal for Saturday was to get Tim Teufel on my Shea Seat, I got that signed after the game. He is the manager of the Bisons
On Sunday i went up to Scranton to see the Bisons play the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Yankees. So, in two days on a team ball i got the following
    Tim Teufel
    Jose Del La Torre
    Jack Egbert
    John Lujan
    Pat Misch
    Mike O'Connor
    Dyan Owen
    Chris Schwinden
    Brian Sweeney
    Taylor Tankersley
    Dale Thayer
    Luis Figueroa
    Chin-Lung Hu
    Valentino Pascucci
    Jordany Valdespin
    Brian Baxter
    Bubba Bell
Fernando Martinez (A year ago I would have gotten him on his own ball. As far as I'm concerned. He is not the prospect he once was)
    Fernando Perez

    Also got
    Bubba Bell, 1 card
    Valentino Pascucci, 8x10
    Gustavo Chacin, 8x10
    Tim Teuful 8x10
Luis Hernandez 8x10, He asked for a copy of the photo. But, he was leaving the country after the game tonight. So, he wouldnt recieve it thru the team. If he is in the Mets system next year, I will send it to him.
Ricky Bones 8x10, I got this after the Iron Pig game. He also gave me a Bisons hat. I'm guessing it is not GU. It has no number written in it and has not sweat stains. Another thing is, I think its a bit small for a player. Its size 7. Maybe a bat boys hat. I'll just call in team issued. Still happy to have gotten it. and he also asked for a copy of the 8x10 he signed for me. I'm more than happy to print out another copy and send it too him care of the team.
Then also on Sunday I got to the stadium early and got the following Yankees on a team ball
    Andrew Brackman
    George Kontos
    D.J. Mitchell
    Adam Warren
    Kevin Whelan
    P.J. Pilittere
    Doug Bernier
    Kevin Russo
    Ray Kruml
    Austin Romine

    Also got
    Andrew Romine SSOMLB
Manny Banuelos SSOMLB, He was charting the 1st game of the Doubleheader and I got him just before he sat in his seat in the stands.
Also got Logan Kensing 2 cards
    Greg Golson 1 card
    Mike Lamb 8x10.
Banuelos, Dentances, and Noesi went thru another entrance in the morning. We tried to get them. But, by the time we reached them they where in the stadium already.
The game 1st game was delayed for over an hour because of heavy thunderstorms. While waiting in the concourse for the rain. i noticed a few of the Bisons on the concourse and quickly realized that the locker room door was not far from where i was waiting. So, I hung out there until the rain stopped and got some of the player on the team ball there. Most where nice and i talked to a few of them. The 2nd game was shortened by Thunderstorms and heavy rain and ended in the 6th. since it was raining again i just left with out getting Bentances like i had hoped.
Ok, day 3. I went to the Rockland Boulder vs. Newark Bears game. This is a Can-Am League game. I only went there for one reason. If you hadnt heard. Howard Johnson signed a 2 game deal to finish the season. I also wanted him on my Shea Seat seat and got it. Also got him on 2 cards. The only other cards that i had signed where Ron Karkovice (Bears Coach and Dave Lapoint(Boulder Manager) I also had Tim Raines cards but he came out after the national anthem. I've gotten him numerous times before when the Bears where in the Atlantic League. So, i wasn't going to go crazy to get him. The give away today was a team photo. The only guys worth mentioning that i got was Jeremy Slayden and Damion Rolls.
Included in those 2 guys I got 9 others. Oh, of the 9 was Glen Johnson. Hojo's son. I talked to him abit and he said the Boulder have asked him to come to ST next year.
If you where wondering, Hojo went 0-4 yesterday and got 1 at bat today and walked and was replaced with a pitch runner. He fouled off 1 pitch today.
So, over 3 days. I'm happy with my haul. Very excited to have gotten Ryno, Teufel on Hojo on the seat backs.
Sorry for the long post and thanks for reading

Nah that wasn't me near the dugout, but I do think I saw you. I was wearing a Jeter shirt and hanging with my fiance.

You did an awesome job on your little excursion and covered pretty much everyone you would have needed to. I only graphed a handful of the Bisons because I got them earlier in the season. I wanted to get the Yanks set done and my Romine and Pena photos done post-game, but with all the rain and no coverage on their side, I just decided to do with Bisons.

I do remember standing next to a couple on the Mets side. I'm heavy set with red hair and I believe I had a Met hat on. Did we talk at any point?
