    Bare minimum neutral feedback!

Never give a positive for something like this. If you are going to sell on ebay. Let it go the distance, and have it sell, and then refund the transaction to possibly get more for it somewhere else. You should not expect to get any great treatment in return for changing your mind. Especially when the transaction is a binding agreement.

If it were me, and I won it fair and square, only to have it retracted for what I possibly believe someone who missed out on bidding for it after the fact, then likely messaged the seller. I'd give that a neg. If you miss out, you miss out. Seller integrity has to stay in place.

I would never leave a positive for this.

I am waiting to see if I get a response to my message, but I’m not sure I could be convinced by the “seller” (or anyone) that this deserves anything other than a negative. I can only speculate as to why I was refunded my money, but I can’t help but feel like I simply lost out on this because the “seller” believes he/she deserved more for the card. And if that is the case - too bad. There are plenty of ways for someone to protect the price they want to receive for a card on ebay…simply ignoring the outcome of an auction is not one of them.

Even if I get an explanation, I should have received a message from the “seller” about this. I was refunded a week ago…that is plenty of time to send me a message.

A shame. I was really excited to add this card to my collection too.

    - i would like a responce also..
then if i didn't get one..
    give that boy a negative....

Exactly, give them an oportunity for a response. I bought a BIN card once and they couldn't find it. They contacted me first, but refunded money. Open bids, probably didn't want to pay for a reserve and then retracted the sale. If they don't reply in a day or two message them another time, this way you can hammer them with a negative and non-responsive. It's things like that that make eBay a pain.

In all honesty as an ebay seller with 570 positive, if I would have even lost the card, I would try and replace it with the same one the best I can and explain it to the buyer. If possible. Even if I lost on the deal. But thats me.

ASK FOR A PIC. If the card is damaged, he should be able to send you a pic of it. If not, he is LYING and you should still hit him with a neg.

My money is that you will see this card pop up on another site or ebay re-listed.

He didn't have the right size one touch is BS. What was the card sitting in between the time he pulled it and now?

LOL!! This is the first "my dog ate your auction" excuse I've ever heard!!!! I think this is conduct worthy of a negative feedback. The buyer probably sees it coming. No need for a photo, you aren't getting the card, you'll have to accept that. He is lying, its hilarious but negative it. "My dog ate your auction!" LOLOL

I won a card on auction for probably cheaper then the seller expected since I got it for around $20ish and he had a b.i.n. option for like $250 I think. Anyway, I won it and paid immediatly and was refunded very early the next day with the explanation that his very young son got ahold of the card and tore it up into a bunch of pieces. I told him that's fine and I still wanted the card (calling his bluff) and he still wouldn't produce. Neg that sucker, I wish I did but instead I filed a claim that went nowhere :(
