In all honesty as an ebay seller with 570 positive, if I would have even lost the card, I would try and replace it with the same one the best I can and explain it to the buyer. If possible. Even if I lost on the deal. But thats me.

100% feedback sometimes just means you haven't been caught. Lots of sellers with 100% feedback that do shill bidding.

Dog chewed it up? It sounds to me like he wanted more than 63$ for it as it is pretty sick!

Huh...that's the first time I've heard that excuse used on eBay! This seller is either a very creative liar or very unlucky.

ASK FOR A PIC. If the card is damaged, he should be able to send you a pic of it. If not, he is LYING and you should still hit him with a neg.

My money is that you will see this card pop up on another site or ebay re-listed.

He didn't have the right size one touch is BS. What was the card sitting in between the time he pulled it and now?

I agree with you, this is the only real way that comes to mind to know you haven't been cheated out of the auction you won fair and square.

Tell him you want the chewed up card! Then when he doesn't send it leave a negative. That card will be back on ebay sooner or later, I guarantee it!

I asked for a pic, but have yet to hear anything back. I wanted to believe the seller at first, but definitely having a hard time with it now...

ask for the pic showing damage or else leave him a negative. you should also add him to your favorite sellers list and keep up with his auctions. if you see any hints of continuing shadyiness, report any and all of his activities to ebay.

Thanks for the advice. Thanks to all who provided feedback on this. This was my first problem with ebay so it was helpful to have the input of others.

Still no reply for my request to see a picture....
