Expired Redemption Question-HELP
I picked up a 06-07 UD Sweet Spot Signature Stick Joffrey Lupul/15 and it has expired as of 5/17/2010. What is the best way or who is the person at Upperdeck to get a hold of to try and get this thing filled or replaced with something else. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

Call it in. They've apparently been away on a company function for the past week or so but it is the only way you'll get anywhere. Customer service number is on their website and there's also a thread over in Hockey Card Talk with the info.

I also pulled one as well and called in and got that message. I will try again next week. mine was from 08-09 trilogy a horton /25 swatch

Expired redemptions is why I am leery of opening older product.

it's nice that they fill them 2-3 years but why not just do 10. that would be a nice customer service move for some company to step up to the plate and say.

I have let my LCS deal with expired redemptions and they have been successful, I had a Getzlaf stick auto /15 and I got the stick a few months later. They also had some expired Crosby redemptions which got fullfilled as well.

this sounds like a pretty good idea, the LCS might have a better relationship the the company than a random customer. couldn't hurt at least.

Good luck. I was not able to get anything for the epired redemption card. Not even packs.

try calling back and talking to somebody else. i pulled 3 expired redemptions in november, and called em in. they said i had to wait until jan 16th. when i called they said they needed a managers authorization to fulfill them, but he was on vacation til the next week. when i called i got the recorded "company function" message. i called back a couple of days later and asked for a manager, they transfered me over. he said he'd fill them since i had already called in advance, but he wasn't sure if they would be the same cards or replacements. the 2 david perron rookies i wouldnt have been too upset about, but i was bummed about the jonathan toews rookie i was gonna miss out on. low and behold a week later a package arrives with all 3 cards i had called in for. so now i have an awesome toews, and 2 perrron rookies i can do nothing with
