just tell them you've been trying to call for awhile, and kept getting the company function recorded message, and your very dissapointed that a company with such great pr keeps their intended market in the dark when it comes to tryingto get info from them

I was able to redeem an expired redemption from 08/09 Trilogy. I did have to talk to a supervisor/manager, but it was fulfilled.

Same reason I don't want to opener older stuff. How lucky am I gonna get for them to fulfill an older redemption. Older stuff might be cheaper but I'd be annoyed if they wouldn't fulfill a redemption.

yeah I called and argued with the guy for 32 minutes. he just kept telling me that they can't do anything. I told thats cool, but how great their pr was for customers who buy their product. I told him he could at least give me something since i pulled it out of their product, and that redemptions are bs, no matter how old the redemption is, it was inserted in place of a card being there, so i should be able to get that card, or something of comparable value. he said he's gonna talk to his manager, and if they can do anything it's gonna be added in with my artifacts rookie redemption. I told him if there's nothing else in there, be ready for me to call every single day until something is done. so... still waiting to see if they send anything...

Expired redemptions is why I am leery of opening older product.

This. its the risk you take with older products. It sucks but there is an expiration date for a reason.
