Hopefully that means he'll get some more open looks and better assist numbers. Lakers were double teaming and trying to trap him a lot tonight, but teams will have a harder time doing that if they have to worry about Melo or Amare.
TO's is a concern, but I think the key is that the team is winning. 4 in a row is pretty good. The team seems to be motivated by Lin to play well, that's one of the intangibles that's important to the game but stats don't show. As long as he gets the minutes and is not inexplicably buried under Baron Davis, then he should continue to produce.

Lin-sanity. He put on a cLINic against the Lakers tonight, and is probably fee-Lin excel-Lin-t right now. It's almost Lin-possible to think that with Melo and Stoudamaire out with Lin-juries, that he would be able to fil-Lin and lead them. The Knicks needed to Lin-ject a spark into the team, and now all they've done is Lin. Now the Warriors and Rockets are mul-Lin over what could have been.
This is definitely the year of the dragon on the ca-Lin-der.
Okay, I'm Lin-ished now, I promise.Last edited by oilfan10; 02-11-2012 at 12:27 AM. Reason: missed a Lin

Definitely a player to keep an eye on although as others have stated we've seen this type of media/hobby/fantasy hype before...
Chris Andersen, Aaron Brooks, JJ Barea, Ibaka.
He looks really good, the 3 ball is missing of course. He never really had it, even at Harvard or GS so I guess no real surprise there.
If he can keep producing and watch his turnovers + improve the long ball guy could be a savior anywhere.

It's unfortunate that ESPN is going to make everyone hate him like Tebow eventually with the pace they're going at

I do not think that people are going to dislike him...he seems like a very humble kid and he is doing a fantastic job.

yeah but Tebow was different because he did not perform that well on the field and a lot of others didn't like his views with trying to shun non-Christians
