I just received my redemption replacement after 3 years and 11 months of waiting. It wasn't what I had asked for as a replacement ( I wasn't asking anything crazy just something I collect as the redemption card was purchased for a set). I also asked twice for a replacement but told to be patient. I have no interest in either of the cards but at least it was my last redemption. That's the last time for me.

I spoke to one of their guys at NHL Fan Fair during All-Star Weekend in Ottawa (I work at the Convention Center where it was held). I spoke to him about a few cards I was waiting on aswell. He advises me that they are having some staffing problems. If you send them an email, I'm sure they will be very helpful as they were with me.

the place is so ridiculous, my status says my seguin debut threads was shipped like 2 months ago, ive received cards shipped later than it already.and when i redeemed my total of 18 auto rookies from artifacts only 11 of them showed up my list. so who knows whether theyre actually processed or not, cause whether i call or email, for the last 2 months, i get no response either way.

Posts like this are all too familiar when we talk about their customer service.
Their actions are completely ridiculous, but hey, we know it already.
However, it's really annoying every time.
