so someone like me is going to pay 3% more for a total of 28% in 2013 but 47% of the pay nothing and that is just federal. after all the taxes i pay then all the taxes i pay on everything i buy, they want more from me.
of those other 47% there has to be a decent percentage that could be paying taxes. even if just 10% of those were fraudulent and another 10% were getting benefits they shouldn't be, and another 20% could be working, we are at about 20% of the population!
drop the business tax to 20% to get companies to come back here and create jobs. and get rid of those crazy penalties and let the coal mines open again. then we could increase revenue without raising my taxes!
we can fight about abortions, gay marriage, polygamy, death sentence, immigration, and other stuff later, lets fix the budget, create some jobs, get some of those that are able to get off entitlements employed, and ring the dollar back up.

you can redistribute all you want but you still have the same amount of incoming and outgoing, we need to increase our incoming, not redistribute. we can't yell time out and start again, we have to move forward from where we are at.

It could also mean; move resources from one agency/district/department which is over-funded and give them to another that is under-funded.
