as well add in
Strict rules and laws to obtain sellers permits
Ban sales on ammo on the internet
Ban assault such as the AR15's and Buswacker- I am sure there are a ton more
Ban high capacity clips
Limit the amount of ammo to be purchased by a private individual
Set tough guidelines at the federal level for penalties for violators
Require a weapons course and /or test to obtain as gun permit - you have to do this to get a drivers license?
Limit the number of weapons to a household to 6

Are you applying the same restrictions to the police or military? If not, why? The police kill unarmed people pretty regularly. Governments across the world have killed well over $100 million people in just the 20th century. Why the focus only on limiting guns to private citizens?

I personally don't think guns are the problem, but would have no issue if they made some guns illegal. I don't own a gun, but know that I want the right to own one if I so choose. I'm also reasonable and know that just because I have the right to own a gun doesn't mean that there shouldn't be limitation.
I still say that a lot of people are fear mongering when it comes to acting like there is a side that has power that wants to take away all of our guns. It simply isn't true.

who that has any power to do so? I agree that there are some people out there that want to push for this, but be realistic. Are any of those people in the position or have the sway to get something like that done? I say no.

Don't you know that "gun control means an all out ban??
Coulter told me so of has to be true. Dirty liberal communists!!!
If it looks like someone wants gun control but not an upright ban, they're self contradictory. The two are one and the same...as long as you ignore things like definitions, facts and logic and are paranoid beyond belief...Last edited by Wickabee; 12-21-2012 at 12:09 PM.

Just like a republican to once again and deflect from the real issues...
Answering your questions in order
Yes if need be we should...at some point they do have a private life
Across the world we do not need to even address expect to hold manufactures responsible
Who needs more the 6 weapons? collectors? fine remove the firing pins...simple enough
My questrion to you is why are ok in banning Lawn Darts, 3 wheel ATV's and not assault weapons?
Seems something is wrong here
that the Priorities are way off base to the guns are more important the life of the child...

They need guns to protect them from dirty liberals who want to take them away! Forget that the only people in here who have even mentioned banning all guns are those who are afraid of losing them.
Hmmm...who really wants to ban all guns. Only one side is going about it, so I have to imagine those who say they should keep their guns are deceitful and want a ban.
Why else would you guys talk about it when no one else is?

Thirty years ago you could order guns through Sears and we didn't have these problems. Our problems are not from lack of gun control.
