thought it was a steal considering its /18 and from dominion. not to sure who Smith is so if anyone could tell me that would be great.

ITG Decades is an amazing product, however it is for reasons like this that I have stopped collecting new product. Short printed cards are usually held "hostage" on ebay until some desperate collector is willing to to pay up.

Most likely the seller listed high to see what kinda offers he will get before selling which is a smart move . When i do sell i hate when sellers sell cheap because buyers go by the last sale of a card
when you know the same card could have sold for more.And again its the sellers card he can sell for what ever he wants but later on will relize its not worth that much so its better to be patient . just saying
