BUYERS BE AWARE! eBay username is 2011brentwood78
Did a 2012-13 Prime break with him, and I have came to the conclusion he is a scammer. First off he doesn't do a time stamp, second off he does private listings, so you can't see who is winning bids. I did some research. Funny cause all the teams that "hit" went for an higher price compared to the rest of the teams. For instances as shown in the links provided below, NYI hit the RPA from dominion and they went for $9 (Break 2). So I thought it was fishy but then looking at his last break he did the exact same thing with Calgary for example. They hit the RPA of Sven Baertschi and Calgary went for $18. He busts open the box on a Iphone lol and finds out the hits and then gets his other account or buddy to win all the teams that had the hits, and tries to recoup for all the hitless teams. Plus the fact you have to pay $2.00 shipping even if you don't hit. I've been in multiple breaks before and this is the most sketchy breaker I've ever seen.

If you look at sold listing prices compared to the hits/hitless you can clearly put two and two together. Most importantly NO TIME STAMP = possible pre recorded break. I wanted to share this so no one else gets scammed.Last edited by 13stepper; 02-14-2014 at 08:11 AM. Reason: Removed SCF Username

You cannot publicly display anybody's SCF name on here without permission. Have a Moderator deal with it.

You don't think it's simple to connect the dots anyways? Maybe I'm crazy just trying to help the public.Last edited by Nazem Kadri; 02-10-2014 at 11:15 PM.

Like watching a one armed man with Parkinson's try to wipe his own butt. I love how the screen goes black at the 3 minute mark for about 4 seconds and you lose sight of the pack. Then it magically appears opened. Terrible. No offence, but, captain obvious says.... you really should have done your research before making the bid on the spot. Stick to the guys with the reputations for doing fair live breaks and that time stamp, and use two hands, keeping the product in sight at all times. Rydlar, breakaway, rev10...don't waste your time and money on amateurs.

Your totally right about that Brentwood guy. I watched the videos and looked at the auctions, the guy who brought the islanders in the one break was the same guy who bought the flames in the other. It's only semi private, both buyers were n****t (10) it don't say the name but its in the item details. He also bought the red wings when they hit. And the jackets when they hit the lace. It's very obvious. Only teams the person didn't buy the were the smaller hits and only because it wasn't worth paying that amount for the hit. Any hit worth having in both those breaks were all bought by this n***t with 10 feedback. You've got a legit case. I bet if eBay were to see where this buyer was from, it's the same town as the seller.

The guy refunded but not after he removed the videos and didn't contact me for few days. Honestly this is very scary even tho I lost like $14 so not really a big deal. Had I noticed the private listings I would have never bid because what do you have to hide lol. I am calling ebay tomorrow to report a case of fraud/scamming. Anyone else who would want to file a case would only be benefiting fellow collectors

Alright so I put my case in resolution. Still did not want to give me partial refund. Only offered me full refund. Made it very clear I was not returning the card. So I escalated the case. Ebay winds up refunding me whole refund? Very confused as I stated I ws not returning the card. Should I just leave money in there? Or am I free to spend that? I only wanted $10 back

Banned trading scammer thief wins my eBay auction
I'm slightly concerned that is will be an issue. I'm obviously going to ship with insurance tracking...maybe signature required would be best? Any thoughts and tips from the community is appreciated. I don't want to get screwed around. It was a high end card and a lot of money.
