Anybody else have this error on ebay? Help!
For the past while I have had an issue with seeing the prices for BIN and BIN/OBO when searching listings. I can see prices for regular auctions just fine. I cannot see the prices until I click on each auction individually which is beyond annoying. For a while I figured it must have been a new (stupid) change but then found that a friend can see the prices just fine. Please help me out! I use Chrome but the error happens in Firefox too.

Ive never seen this, I see you are using ebay.ca , have you tried looking on just ebay.com ? I have seen a few differences between the 2 lately

I've never seen that either. Chrome's latest screw-up with me is not letting me click on anything on My eBay page. :/

The site's currently working perfectly fine for me on IE. It was sort of slow on Chrome, though I personally find everything is sort of slow on Chrome.

I'm sure more experienced sellers have have come across this before, but I just had to mention how utterly absurd this policy is. If I sell an item to the US on ebay.ca, I get my paypal funds right away. if I sell to the US on ebay.com the funds are held as I have not yet met the requirements to leave their "We're going to steal your interest on your paypal funds" policy. Best example...I'm sending 2 items to the same buyer in the US and the funds are being held on one, and I received payment right away on the other. They're going in the same freaking envelope for cryin' out loud.

Didn't mean to come off as a whining buyer, Perhaps "shady" may not be the best word to describe the practice, but consider:
The seller listed a card that they ARE auctioning. By creating the auction listing, the seller HAS entered into a contract (with eBay) to sell the card to the eventual highest bidder. If the auction receives even one bid, the seller is obligated to sell to the high bidder. If the seller, while the auction is live, sells the card on a third party site, has the seller not breached the contract with eBay? But then again, this is 2014 and I guess honoring contracts is not important.
I understand that sellers want the most exposure possible to increase the chance of a sale. But why not list the auction and if the item does not sell, THEN list it for fixed price sale on other sites. Don't dangle a whale in front of my nose and then snatch it away because the auction isn't going the way you wanted. We hear complaints about buyers who don't pay, or try to back out of the deal. What about sellers who cancel auctions, or play the "item unavailable" game when the final auction price is too low.
I am not saying buyers should be favored, I am saying the playing field should be level. And its not always about getting your money back. Sometimes it's about missing out on a card because you placed your bid and expected the seller to fulfill his part of the deal.Hidden Content
